Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in computer and customer service roles.
• CRM and ERP experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

• Control point for field-related service activities.
• Assign, dispatch, and monitor service technicians.
• Coordinate tech scheduling with clients and evaluate workload.
• Provide phone/email support with non-technical explanations.
• Log incidents and hardware information in the system.
