Advocate Health is seeking an IT Internship candidate to support HRIS and IT functions in a remote capacity. The intern will learn IT configurations, implementations, and user support, while assisting with routine maintenance and problem solving under supervision.

This paid internship runs May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Remote work is available to residents in listed states.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior in an accredited college or university as of Fall 2027 with an interest in IT.
• Grade point average of at least 2.5.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support IT team in maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
• Assist with IT configuration, implementation, and user support.
• Learn and observe basic IT functions to meet operational needs.
