Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• GPA considerations or minimum GPA expectations may apply (as stated).
• Demonstrates ongoing undergraduate degree pursuit.

Responsibilities

• Support IT team in hardware, software and system maintenance.
• Assist with IT incident response and issue tracking.
• Help with IT configuration, deployment and recovery procedures.
• Research hosting options and report pricing and options.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge base.
