Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research unusual IT bugs or issues the company encounters.
• Support IT in the maintenance of hardware, software and systems.
• Assist in conversions, updates, recovery procedures, and hardware assessments.
• Troubleshoot equipment such as printers, computers and servers.
• Run software updates and backups when requested.
• Research hosting options and report pricing and system options.
• Participate in developing new desktops, servers or applications.
• Assist with call tracking and document customer interactions to meet KPI.
• Provide initial support for LAN/WAN software and devices.
• Review data integrity and assist in data analysis for requirements.
