Advocate Health offers a remote internship in our Enterprise Corporate - People & Culture Workforce Development for Finance, Accounting or Rev Cycle Operations. The internship runs May 31, 2027–August 6, 2027, with up to 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, and is remote for eligible states.

Applicants should be pursuing a finance/accounting related degree and have junior/senior standing. Interns will gain exposure to budgeting, general accounting, revenue cycle operations, data extraction, and cost

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Management or related field with junior or senior standing.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Use Excel to develop automated processes and minimize manual efforts.
• Review, analyze, and investigate discrepancies in charges and adjust as needed.
• Prepare financial analyses and assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and data extraction.
