Job summary

Advocate Health seeks an IT Internship to support HRIS and IT functions during the May 31, 2027–August 6, 2027 period. The role is remote, with up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Remote work is available to residents in NH and a list of states.

You will learn IT configuration, support, and data-related tasks while serving as a liaison between operations, IT, users, and vendors. No prior experience is required, and enrollment in college is expected.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment with junior or senior status in an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5 and strong communication skills are required.
• Interest in IT/HRIS and willingness to learn and support IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT team with maintenance of hardware, software and systems.
• Research and troubleshoot IT issues and document findings.
• Support service desk operations and track interactions with users.
