Job summary

The intern will learn IT functions, assist with configuration, support applications, and liaise between departments and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Enrolled students gain hands-on experience in IT and HRIS support.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as incoming junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research unusual bugs or issues in IT projects.
• Support IT team in hardware, software maintenance and system upkeep.
• Assist with updates, recovery procedures and hardware assessments.
• Troubleshoot printers, computers, servers; run backups as needed.
• Assist with call tracking, KPI monitoring and data analysis tasks.
