Advocate Health is seeking an IT Internship within HRIS and IT to gain practical experience. You will observe and assist in IT configuration, implementation, support and maintenance of applications to meet organizational needs.

The internship is remote for residents in listed states, including NC, for up to 40 hours per week during May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027, with standard business hours. No prior experience required beyond enrollment; Excel skills are beneficial.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled as junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• GPA of at least 2.5.

Responsabilidades

• Research and troubleshoot IT issues, including unusual bugs or operational challenges.
• Support IT team in hardware, software, and system maintenance tasks.
• Assist with desktop, server and application updates and recovery procedures.
• Help document processes and participate in data integrity and KPI reporting.
• Provide initial user support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN related problems.
• Collaborate with analysts to improve and leverage current systems.
