Qualifications

• Enrolled as incoming junior or senior at an accredited college.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters.
• Support IT team in maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
• Assist in identifying and facilitating practices for successful conversions/updates.
• Troubleshoot issues with printers, computers and servers.
• Run software updates and backups as requested.
• Research hosting options and report pricing and options to supervisors.
• Participate in development of desktops, servers or applications.
• Assist with call tracking system and record interactions with customers while meeting Service Desk KPIs.
• Provide initial support troubleshooting and resolve basic problems related to LAN/WAN software, devices, printers, and network status.
• Review data integrity and assist in data analysis to support requirements.
