Job summary

Astreya Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Installation Service to independently execute and oversee complex server and network deployments for enterprise physical security systems.

You will own installation projects, configure advanced infrastructure components, troubleshoot, and mentor junior engineers in a global 24x7 support model. The role emphasizes Dell PowerEdge platforms, iDRAC/Lifecycle Controller, Windows/Linux OS deployment, and Cisco networking with QoS for

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on enterprise server and network infrastructure deployment.
• Strong Dell PowerEdge, RAID/PERC, iDRAC, and Lifecycle Controller experience.
• Proficient in Cisco Catalyst switches, VLANs, QoS, PoE, and IOS hardening.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux OS deployment and troubleshooting.
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Ability to provide 24x7 global support and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware provisioning including RAID configuration and disk optimization for high-write security apps.
• Configure iDRAC and Lifecycle Controller baselines; deploy OS via PXE or iDRAC Virtual Media.
• Design network segmentation and QoS on Cisco switches for video traffic.
• Manage PoE budgeting on access layer switches; ensure reliable device power.
• Harden Cisco IOS devices and secure management protocols.
• Create As-Built docs, topology diagrams, IP records, and backups.
