Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Manager II to plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery. The role focuses on asset management, resource allocation, and on-time delivery within budget.

You will work with regional teams, track progress, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree (A.A) or equivalent and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain asset and material management across data centers.
• Provide weekly project updates and action items.
• Schedule reviews and track progress; communicate status to the team.
• Monitor project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Assist with ticket resolution and KPI reporting.
• Identify process improvements and support regional teams.
