Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Research unusual bugs or issues encountered by the company.
• Support IT team in hardware, software and system maintenance.
• Assist more experienced analysts in system upgrade and recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot printers, computers, servers, and LAN/WAN issues.
• Conduct software updates and backups as requested.
• Explore hosting options and report on pricing and options.
