Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware setup and troubleshooting.
Install and maintain software packages such as operating systems and antivirus.
Assist with hardware, cabling, and network connections.
Maintain inventory of computers and network equipment.
Participate in weekly on-call phone rotation with other IT technicians.
Coordinate with contracted service personnel for installations and repairs.
