Job summary

United Church Homes is hiring an IT Technician to maintain IT assets across our senior care and affordable housing communities. You will support end-users, install software, set up hardware, and ensure reliable network connections and printers.

This role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years of related experience, and strong communication skills. You’ll join a collaborative IT team and participate in weekly on-call rotations to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Provide IT support to end-users and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain IT assets and inventory across sites.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and common apps.
