Job summary
Helpt is recruiting multiple IT Support Agents to join our on-shore 24x7x365 support team for MSP, Technology, and Product sectors. This fully remote role pays $18–$20 per hour and requires 40 hours per week with potential day/evening/night/weekend/holiday shifts.
The initial training period lasts about three weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET. Health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and professional development support are provided.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Motivated self-starter with passion for technology.
- Previous MSP experience is a major plus.
- L1 technical experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; home lab counts.
- Customer service oriented and delight in helping people.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Mac operating systems.
- Desire to see printers launched into the sun.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently excellent, friendly, and professional service to clients and end users.
- Handle inbound IT help desk and product support calls, tickets, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while providing clear communication, empathy, and a positive customer experience.
