Job summary

Helpt is seeking multiple IT Support Agents to join the team. We provide 24x7x365 on-shore white-labeled technical support for MSP, technology, and product sectors whose clients rely on them for support at all hours.

The role is full-time with a fixed 40-hour schedule; shifts may include daytime, evening, overnight, weekend or holiday hours. Training starts soon and the company offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (phone required).
• Organizational skills with keen eye for detail.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and support.
• MSP experience is a major plus.
• L1 Helpdesk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service oriented; delighted by helping people.
• Familiarity with Windows family of operating systems.
• Familiarity with Mac family of operating systems.
• Desire to see printers launched into the sun.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently excellent, friendly, and professional support to clients.
• Handle inbound IT help desk calls, tickets, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with clear communication, empathy, and a positive experience.
