7Seventy is seeking a Level 1 IT Helpdesk Technician to provide responsive support to clients and end users. You will handle inbound calls and tickets, troubleshoot basic issues, and deliver clear, professional service across Windows and macOS environments.

This fully remote role supports MSP-like environments and requires calm, customer-focused communication, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to organize support requests.

Qualifications

• L1 helpdesk or technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across Windows and macOS.
• Clear verbal communication when assisting users by phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk support to clients and end users.
