Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years IT experience.
• 2+ years in IT call center or helpdesk environment.
• Preferred: call center experience.
• 1+ year troubleshooting hardware, software & networking.
• 1+ year healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive helpdesk support via inbound/outbound calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and application issues; manage tickets.
• Support LabCorp eProducts and enterprise applications.
• Document calls in the ticketing system accurately and timely.
• Assist with setup/scheduling of eProduct requests.
• Create and maintain customer online access including password resets.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure follow-up and issue resolution.
• Monitor delivery of laboratory results and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to complete tasks.
