Actalent is hiring two cleared, entry level Help Desk Technicians for fully remote work with a base in Virginia Beach, VA. You will support PC systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity, while following documented procedures and communicating clearly with users and teams.

The role requires US citizenship and active clearance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification, and strong communication and multitasking abilities to handle multiple requests efficiently in a remote

Qualifications

• US Citizenship.
• Active Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (or relevant certification substitute).
• Windows 365, Outlook, Teams experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen carefully, ask follow-up questions, and understand a user issue.
• Willingness to follow documented procedures accurately.
• Dependability and responsiveness during work hours with remote communication.
• Attention to detail with access requests and ticket updates.
• Ability to manage multiple requests at once.
• Proactive approach to identifying roadblocks and communicating status.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for PC systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems and network issues.
• May manage user passwords for specialized software.
• Support IT liaison group and local troubleshooting or escalations with the help desk.
