Powernet in Palm Beach, FL area seeks an Entry-Level Help Desk Technician who will be the first line of support, handling incoming calls, logging tickets, and resolving routine issues. Responsibilities include imaging PCs, setting up workstations, monitoring system alerts, and assisting with installations to keep clients' technology running smoothly.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (associates preferred), hands-on experience with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, Google

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
Hands-on familiarity with Windows, AD, GP, Office 365 and Google Workspace.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; clear communication.
Must have valid driver’s license for local deployment support.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming help desk calls, log tickets, and respond professionally.
Perform first-level troubleshooting for Windows in domain environments and Office 365.
Image PCs, configure workstations, and assist with installations.
Monitor system alerts and document solutions; participate in on-call rotation.
