Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for PC systems, software, hardware and network connectivity.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems and network connectivity issues.
• Assist with user account management and password handling for specialized software.
• Support IT liaison group and coordinate with help desk for issue resolution.
