Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve high volume initial IT support requests via phone, email or chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems.
• Create, update and close support tickets with documentation of resolutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet performance metrics.
