Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from technicians and provide appropriate responses.
• Provide product and service information to callers.
• Identify, research, and resolve client complaints using available resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams with a positive, professional tone.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and conduct follow-up when needed.
• Upsell products and services to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and data.
