Aditi Consulting is seeking an IT Help Desk/Desktop Support professional in North Carolina to assist users on-site and remotely, covering Windows and Mac environments, Office 365, SharePoint, and VDI.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint and Virtual Desktop (VDI)
• Comfortable working an on-call rotation
• Experience using a ticketing system such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Experience supporting users remotely over the phone and using remote control tools
• Ability to provide in person support
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, troubleshooting issues on both
• Experience with SCCM or Microsoft Intune or JAMF management
• Excellent customer service skills
