Key duties include documenting and responding to hardware, software, and network requests; collaborating with support teams; and troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applicable IT experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct non-technical users.
