Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join our team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards aligned with ITIL best practices to improve performance, processes, and data health.

The position collaborates with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to ensure systems run optimally and in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent required.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• 1-3 years IT or computer science experience.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all environments are managed to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk and compliance with requirements.
• Monitor IT governance processes and provide improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate incident response and change management activities.
• Develop and communicate Major Incident Management processes.
• After hours support for major outages.
• Other duties as assigned.
