The role collaborates with developers, business users, IT, and vendors to improve performance, data health, and regulatory compliance, including incident and change management.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree, ITIL knowledge, and 1–3 years IT experience; after-hours support is expected and governance

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.
• 1-3 years IT experience in gov, risk, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environments are managed to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate IT controls for risk mitigation and compliance.
• Monitor governance processes and propose improvements.
• Lead process improvements with tech and business leads.
• Coordinate incident response and change management reviews.
• Participate in Major Incident Management processes.
• Support after-hours outages as needed.
• Adhere to and support the compliance program objectives.
