Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an IT Support professional to troubleshoot, install, and maintain end-user hardware and IT infrastructure across multiple sites in the United States. Travel up to 40% to support manufacturing/CPG sites, with on-call rotations after hours, weekends, and holidays.

You will assist with Dell/Nutanix servers, Windows Server environments, network gear, and IoT devices while using Fresh Service and SolarWinds for monitoring and ticketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Up to two years of IT support or related training/experience.
• Understanding of IT hardware and software systems and infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• End-User Hardware Support: Troubleshoot, install, and maintain PCs, laptops, PoS tech, VoIP phones, and other end-user systems.
• Assist in managing Dell and Nutanix servers, Windows Server 2016/2019, network equipment (Meraki/Fortinet), and IoT devices.
• Monitor and respond to issues via Fresh Service helpdesk; address SolarWinds alerts.
• On-Call Support: participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday rotations.
• Support IT operations: troubleshoot, document, and escalate issues; install software and patches; test system performance.
