Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary technology team of eight.
Set priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
Identify skill gaps and succession needs for the team.
Balance workloads and align resources to changing priorities.
Collaborate across engineering, software development, infrastructure, security, data, and stakeholders.
Oversee 30 concurrent technology initiatives with dependencies.
Provide oversight for projects with budgets of $1M+.
Monitor scope, risks, budgets, and outcomes.
Partner with executives to prioritize initiatives by value and risk.
Translate business objectives into actionable plans.
