Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Engagement Manager for remote work, with 12–15 years in IT and 5+ years in client-facing delivery. You will bridge client needs with TCS capabilities, manage scope and finances, coordinate internal teams, and drive long-term partnerships across Banking and Financial Services sectors.

Strong English communication, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with Azure/GCP are required. Location: United States (Remote). Salary: competitive.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in a client-facing Service Delivery/PM role.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance industries.
• Strong background in public cloud (Azure, GCP) and IT network security.
• Experience with onsite–offshore delivery models and distributed teams.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Collaborating with COE Groups and Practice Teams to meet client requirements.
• Presenting to Steering Committees and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact, build client trust, and understand client goals.
• Orchestrate project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee project finances and contractual terms.
• Address client issues, complaints, and conflicts promptly.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Drive RFIs/RFPs and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to boost morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture with recognition and work–life balance.
• Align engagement efforts with company goals with HR and leadership.
