Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Engagement Manager I to lead delivery across one or more projects, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes. You will own customer expectations, drive delivery assurance, and quantify benefits throughout engagements.

The role requires 5–7+ years in technology or professional services, familiarity with Agile frameworks, and relevant certifications. This fully remote opportunity supports a flexible, customer-first approach and collaboration with TEKsystems

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate requirements into customer solutions.
• Experience leading Agile workflows (PI planning, sprint planning, daily standups).
• Certifications such as Agile, PMP, IAOP, ITIL or similar are preferred.
• Experience with common IT technologies is a plus.
• 5-7+ years in technology and/or professional services, preferably at a consulting provider.
• 2-3+ years in IT service management/project management in healthcare settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery leadership for one or more projects and ensures customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Quantifies business benefits of project outcomes throughout engagements.
• Establishes periodic health checks with clients and baselines metrics.
• Leads communication plans and escalations to TEKsystems and clients.
• Mentors and develops project team members and leads inclusively.
