Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced On-Site Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end IT project delivery at client locations. You will be the primary client contact, ensuring successful execution, high customer satisfaction, and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include managing on-site delivery, coordinating with offshore teams, leading stakeholders, and maintaining budget and timelines. Strong SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall knowledge required; PMP/PRINCE2 would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8–15 years IT services experience with 3–5 years in delivery management.
• Proven experience managing client-facing on-site IT projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management on client sites.
• Serve as on-site liaison between client and offshore/nearshore teams.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery and KPIs, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor team members and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance with processes and contractual obligations.
• Support billing, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
