Job summary

US Security & IT is seeking a remote IT support specialist to manage high volumes of service requests via phone and online chat, triage tickets, and allocate resources effectively. You will coordinate with service desk and engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service or dispatching experience.
Familiarity with ConnectWise or comparable ticketing platforms is strongly preferred.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key connection between clients, service desk technicians, and engineering teams to coordinate IT support requests.
Prioritize incoming requests and allocate resources according to urgency, availability, and technical expertise.
Manage high volumes of incoming service requests through phone calls and online chat.
Perform initial ticket triage, clarify details, and assign tickets to the most appropriate technicians.
Monitor service levels, communicate expectations to clients, and follow up on resolved tickets.
