US Security & IT is seeking a remote IT support specialist to manage high volumes of service requests via phone and online chat, triage tickets, and allocate resources effectively. You will coordinate with service desk and engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of customer service or dispatching experience.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or comparable ticketing platforms is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
