With 2+ years in healthcare IT support, you will own tickets end-to-end and coordinate escalations when needed, ensuring timely resolutions and patient care continuity across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting clinical applications or healthcare IT systems.
• Experience collaborating with clinicians and hospital IT teams.
• Strong ability to translate user-reported problems into structured troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical support contact for customers using clinical and oncology applications.
• Investigate incidents and service requests by gathering information and understanding clinical workflows.
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer tickets and coordinate escalations to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams.
