Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Deployment/Project Manager to join our team in Richfield, MN. The role will coordinate deployment activities and support project execution across multiple locations and stakeholders, serving as the central point of contact between project teams, vendors, field resources, and business partners.

The position is 90% remote through February 2027, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 3–4 days onsite at the Minneapolis area location.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-site IT deployments including cabling and hardware.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills across priorities.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to identify risks and drive resolution in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience using PM or workflow tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment activities to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Understand project objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and field resources.
• Serve as main point of contact for deployment questions and escalations.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Monitor progress using tools and dashboards.
• Track milestones, readiness, and deployment status.
• Identify and elevate risks and issues and drive resolution.
• Keep project docs and status updates current.
