Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering and documentation.
• Manage project coordination tasks under the direction of a Senior PM.
• Support data conversion planning and documentation.
• Assist with change management activities including SOP updates and training materials.
• Align project requirements with IT, lab operations, and clinical leaders.

Skills

Exceptional communication skills

Experience with IT and laboratory/blood bank domains

Familiarity with clinical/lab workflows
