KellyMitchell is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a 6-month contract in Wayzata, MN. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week and focuses on a large-scale plant technology modernization across 1,000+ locations.

Responsibilities include managing five workstreams, developing unified roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. Strong PM experience in Agile and Waterfall is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated project management experience.
• Experience managing complex multi-workstream projects.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and track execution.
• Experience identifying risks, issues, dependencies and mitigations.
• Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM support across approximately five active workstreams.
• Define scope, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and ownership with leads.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and unify program roadmap.
• Track milestones, forecasts, risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, stakeholders, deployment groups, vendors.
• Communicate status, decisions, risks, and actions; offer guidance to teams.
• Support change management and establish repeatable project processes.
