Lifeworks Services is seeking a Project Manager in Richfield, MN, to drive technology-enabled initiatives from initiation to close. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with executives, IT, and vendors to realize intended outcomes.

The role requires experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid methods, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple projects within a governance framework. Hybrid in-person work in Richfield with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• 3–5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, especially technology-enabled initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common project management tools; strong written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead approved projects from initiation through closure, tailoring approaches (waterfall, agile, or hybrid) to fit scope, risk, and testing windows.
• Direct day-to-day execution across teams, manage resources, and track milestones, budget, and quality against baselines.
• Identify stakeholders, maintain engagement, and report status, risks, and decisions to sponsors and governance bodies.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure requirements, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support are aligned.
• Support change management and staff adoption, gather feedback, and conduct lessons learned after closure.
