Job summary

Experienced Recruiting Partners is seeking an IT Delivery Lead for a 100% remote contract-to-hire role in the United States. You will drive end-to-end delivery of policy administration and billing technology initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, product, development, QA, and vendors to meet timelines and quality goals.

Required are 10+ years in IT project/program delivery, at least 3+ years as a delivery lead, and 5+ years in P&C insurance systems, with strong SDLC/Agile/SAFe expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across policy admin and billing platforms.
• Support new functionality deployment and ongoing system operations and maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, product owners, development teams, QA, and vendors.
• Plan, track, and report timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones across teams.
• Ensure adherence to architecture standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation throughout delivery lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
