Progressive is seeking an IT Manager for Policy Servicing IT. You will lead a team of 5–8 technologists, setting the vision and driving high-performance culture to deliver value, quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to an office for meetings or training, reporting to the Policy Servicing IT leadership and partnering with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field with at least 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT management and set the technical vision for Policy Servicing IT.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver outcomes and improve the platform.
• Foster vendor relationships and guide teams through change and continuous improvement.
