Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop project plans using MS Project, Visio, Jira, and SharePoint for tracking and reporting.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into actionable deliverables with clear communication.
• Implement Agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban) and traditional Waterfall to optimize workflows.
• Manage project teams including PMs, developers, testers, and infrastructure specialists; mentor others.
• Oversee the SDLC ensuring compliance with IT governance and PMBOK standards.
• Facilitate UAT, review test cases, and ensure smooth deployments with minimal disruption.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and SharePoint to facilitate effective tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables while managing expectations through transparent communication.
• Implement and oversee Agile methodologies like SAFe and Kanban alongside traditional Waterfall approaches to optimize project workflows.
• Manage project teams including technical project managers, developers, testers, and infrastructure specialists; provide mentorship and leadership to foster high performance.

Requirements

• Extensive project management experience in technology environments with a focus on enterprise software implementation.
• Experience with or understanding of Insurance Industry.
• Proven leadership in technical project & program management supervisory roles within IT infrastructure and software development domains.
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile (SAFe), Waterfall, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, and other project management software tools.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS along with experience managing enterprise solutions across databases like SQL and Oracle.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), and delivering test-driven development environments.
• Proficiency in IT governance frameworks including disaster recovery planning and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels; adept at negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Visio, SharePoint; familiarity with Jira for agile planning; knowledge of SDLC processes aligned with PMBOK standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex projects using effective time management strategies; experience in project scheduling and resource allocation is essential.
