Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end technology projects in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of insurance business functions (Policy, Claims, Underwriting, Billing).
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects supporting insurance functions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and vendors to define requirements and plans.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track progress using Jira or similar tools.
• Coordinate integrations, upgrades, and production releases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; provide status updates to leadership.
