Job summary

Jobot is seeking an IT & Business Systems Manager to lead day-to-day technology across the organization from Camarillo to policies that scale. You will oversee Salesforce and NetSuite, coordinate with admins, and translate business needs into efficient system changes.

The role focuses on SaaS, automation, and AI-driven workflows to improve operations, data integrity, and cross-team collaboration while supporting a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business systems, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite in business environment.
• Experience partnering with CRM/ERP admins and understanding CRM/ERP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce and NetSuite and work with platform admins.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Billing, and Customer Support to translate needs into system improvements.
• Own intake and evaluation of system requests and determine the best solution.
