System One seeks a Director of IT Systems - Sales & Marketing to lead IT strategy for sales and marketing. This fully remote, direct-hire role partners with Sales, Marketing and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions and to drive Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud initiatives.

You will govern data integrity, security, and HIPAA compliance, manage integrations across enterprise systems, and guide cross-functional teams through feature delivery and upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
5+ years IT leadership with Salesforce experience.
Healthcare sales/marketing tech experience.
Ability to influence leaders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee Salesforce configuration, security, and data standards.
Drive data governance and deduplication for cross-business visibility.
Lead IT strategies aligned with sales and marketing goals.
Manage integrations and deployments of enterprise systems.
