Neat is transforming its business systems to support quoting, pricing, and subscription management. We seek a Business Systems Manager to convert ambiguous asks into structured, buildable specs and to partner with DevOps and platform admins for fast, reliable delivery.

You will influence architecture, own the intake process, and lead agile delivery with Sales Ops, Finance, and Product as an early member of a growing team. Remote-friendly with onsite options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems analysis, product management, or revenue operations with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience setting up or maturing DevOps practices in a small or resource-constrained team.
• Comfortable owning data quality: auditing, cleaning, and building the checks that keep it that way.
• Platform fluency to write specs engineers can build from without back-and-forth.
• Experience shipping production work with AI development tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems intake process, triaging requests from cross-functional stakeholders into a structured backlog.
• Lead agile delivery - sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT - translating operational asks into user stories.
• Partner with the Business Systems Software Engineer to stand up infrastructure and DevOps practices - environments, pipelines, testing and rollback.
• Own data quality across core systems: audit, clean, and implement ongoing checks.
• Build and maintain the context libraries that keep engineering knowledge accurate.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and NetSuite/Celigo admins to route requests and confirm specs align with platform capabilities.
• Translate business asks into precise specs that engineers can execute without renegotiating scope.
• Balance shipping a fast MVP with the long-term roadmap.
