Qualified Recruiter, LLC is seeking a senior technology leader to drive the company’s roadmap and digital transformation. You will own NetSuite optimization, dashboards, and reporting, while leading data initiatives and automation projects across cross-functional teams.

The role involves overseeing IT operations, cybersecurity, and budget management, with a focus on scalable, cost-effective solutions and building a growing tech team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, technology, data analytics, IT, or a related field.
• Strong experience with NetSuite, particularly reporting, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, and system optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical employees.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's technology roadmap and digital transformation while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth and scalability.
• Own NetSuite optimization, including dashboards, reporting, saved searches, workflows, modules, and system improvements.
• Drive data and analytics initiatives, including data warehousing, reporting, POS data, customer-facing insights, and data quality.
• Identify and implement automation, AI, software, integrations, and process improvements, managing projects from requirements through implementation and optimization.
• Oversee IT operations and infrastructure, including cybersecurity, user access, backups, cloud, hardware, technology policies, privacy, and compliance.
• Manage the technology budget, external IT providers, consultants, and vendors while building and leading a growing technology team and ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions.
