Job summary

MHI Talent Solutions in Corona, CA is seeking a highly technical Business Systems Manager to own our NetSuite and enterprise applications roadmap.

You will lead API development, SuiteScript, and system administration to support a WMS rollout and ongoing modernization across finance, shipping and supply chain tools.

This is a full-time onsite role, collaborating with the CTO and executive team to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years NetSuite development, integration and admin experience.
• Experience building/consuming REST/SOAP APIs using JSON/XML.
• Understanding of O2C, P2P, inventory and financial reporting.
• Strong stakeholder communication with executives.
• Onsite work requirement in Corona, CA.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain REST/SOAP APIs to integrate NetSuite with WMS, databases, e‑commerce, and logistics.
• Develop SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 and SuiteFlow automation.
• Design and implement third‑party integrations, payments, accounting tools, and 3PL.
• Partner with executives to optimize NetSuite capabilities.
• Manage NetSuite administration, roles, permissions, dashboards, saved searches, and reporting.
• Lead multi-location rollouts, UAT, data migration, sandbox management.
• Troubleshoot integrations and monitor script performance.
