Apartment List, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Systems Architect to design, implement, and optimize our revenue platforms. You will work hands-on with Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal apps, shaping data models, automation, and governance to scale with the business.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Data, and Finance to deliver high-impact solutions, support CI/CD, and explore AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development while preserving quality and auditable controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and administering Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC).
• 2+ years owning Salesforce architectural decisions as a lead.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and ETL tools.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong CI/CD and testing discipline.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
• Experience replacing or restructuring legacy systems without disruption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical owner of the revenue systems stack.
• Design and maintain Salesforce-NetSuite integrations.
• Improve data quality and process efficiency across quote-to-cash.
• Ensure auditable source of truth and governance.
• Support Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate builds and tests.
• Identify opportunities to improve GTM adoption with AI.
