Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Tier-1 Business Systems Support Specialist to act as the internal admin for Salesforce and NetSuite. The role involves troubleshooting configurations, managing user permissions, and resolving complex workflows while communicating live via Slack and Zendesk.

You will bridge frontline teams and engineering, support sales and operations, and adapt to shifting client schedules in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

Hands-on admin experience troubleshooting and configuring Salesforce and NetSuite
2–3 years technical customer support experience via live chat (Slack, Zendesk)
Deep knowledge of sales processes, CRM architecture, and ERP order-to-cash workflows
Strong problem-solving to trace workflow errors and resolve access conflicts
Excellent written and verbal English communication to translate fixes for non-technical teams

Responsibilities

Act as internal admin to troubleshoot, configure, and resolve Salesforce/NetSuite issues
Manage user roles, access requests, profiles, and security across apps
Provide rapid live operations support via Slack, Zendesk, and admin tools
Diagnose and route high-level bugs to Product, Systems Engineering, Deal Desk, and Order-to-Cash teams
Maintain admin workflows, documentations, and tag interactions for recurring issues
